HOW IT STARTED…

About Dr. Simorrah Majors

Dr. Simorrah Majors is a Christian leadership strategist and culture coach committed to helping pastors and ministry leaders lead with clarity, confidence, and spiritual integrity. She brings more than a decade of ministry leadership experience, combined with advanced academic training, to support churches in strengthening their culture, systems, and leadership capacity.

Dr. Majors holds an Ed.D. in Christian Leadership, where her research focused on the lived experiences of pastors serving in small churches within the U.S. Northeast region. Her work explores how pastoral identity, capacity, and culture shape the health and effectiveness of ministry environments. This research informs her signature frameworks, including the Pastoral Capacity Cycle, which helps leaders understand and navigate the rhythms of pastoral responsibility, resilience, and renewal.

As a consultant and coach, Dr. Majors partners with pastors, ministry teams, and Christian organizations to address culture challenges, clarify mission, and build leadership practices that align with biblical values. Her approach integrates scholarship, spiritual formation, and practical strategy—helping leaders connect deeply with the core of their calling while strengthening the culture they steward.
