Our STORy exists because BEING overwhelmED is not God’s will. Exhaustion is not a badge of honor. Chaos is not a requirement for impact. We are here to champion a better way—a Christ‑centered way—where purpose guides decisions, peace governs schedules, and God’s presence shapes every priority.
What began as a passion project has evolved into something more. We’re proud of where we’ve been and even more excited for what’s ahead.
What sets us apart isn’t just our teaching—it’s the Spirit behind it. Guided by the Holy Spirit, we take the time to understand, explore, and create with purpose, ensuring that ministry is approached with intentionality at every turn.
Connect to the Core is a ministry‑focused organization dedicated to strengthening small Protestant churches throughout the Northeast Region. Since 2022, we have engaged with numerous congregations—interviewing pastors and ministry leaders, participating in ministry life, and observing church operations—to better understand how Scripture, congregational dynamics, Christian leadership, culture, and time management intersect.
Our work was born from a deep desire to bring spiritual practicality into academic and organizational spaces, translating it into tools that support the day‑to‑day realities of ministry. When applied with biblical wisdom, culture coaching becomes more than a productivity tool—it becomes a means of stewarding God’s people toward their God‑given purpose.
Connect to the Core, along with its founder, is producing a growing collection of articles and resources designed to equip pastors, ministry teams, and lay leaders with effective strategies that honor the mission of the church and uphold sound ecclesiological principles.
Our goal is simple: to undergird the local church by helping leaders adapt to today’s cultural landscape, serve their people faithfully, and remain deeply rooted in Scripture.
