MEET DR. SIMORRAH M.
SIMORRAH MAJORS is the CEO AND Founder of “CONNECTING THE CORE TO CHRIST”. tHIS INITIATIVE IS ENDORSED BY Sikamo Business Development Services, LLC. she has operated in the field of EXECUTIVE business, administration AND OPERATIONS for over 20 years and IS A FAITHFUL SERVANT OF JESUS CHRIST.
Simorrah is Christian Leadership Strategist with a divine gift in educational leadership, strategic management, administration, and ministry operations.
Simorrah has four graduate-level degrees in business and theology from academic institutions and seminary schools. Actively serving as an ordained Elder in the Christian Faith, she has a true passion for aiding those called to lead the local church in the development and growth of the small churches across the globe.
Simorrah epitomizes the highest qualities of discipleship, professional, and care and has provided direct, sound spiritual strategic advice, operational guidance, and administrative management to over 5,000 people across various religious and commercial platforms and professions.
Her passion is to continue to prepare spiritual leaders, pastors, and church administrators across the globe with real-world, sound biblical, and theological guidance when applying modern leadership and management techniques. She is currently available to serve local, small churches in the US Northeast region.
She is happily married to her high school sweetheart and they have with two beautiful children.
My Approach
Just as Christ has shown us, every church and every business has an opportunity to restart, renew, refresh, revive, and redirect. The essence of this opportunity is knowing that it can happen—but it doesn’t have to happen overnight.
Dream it
Never in a million years, would I consider myself to be a part of over 1.5 billion websites out there, but my story is unique and my obedience, unto God, is unwaverable…so here I am. :)
Build it
The beauty of my story is that it continues to evolve. There are some intentional things that I do on a daily basis the postures me on a path of growth; and for that, I am thankful. I would love to share those tools with you and your leadership teams so that you too, can operate in the peace and prosperity of God.
Be it
Every ministry possesses an innate desire to operate to its full manifestation of what God has called and ordained. Plus or minus a few tweaks, every team member can get there and thats the goal.
